I first became aware of Jarrow Formulas when I was searching for a creatine supplement for my brother who is a weightlifter. Their products came highly recommended, I had been looking for a flax supplement, and I happen to come across this online.

I take one per day (with a meal), so a bottle of 100 caps lasts me upwards of 3 months; that's pretty good for the price!
