Great for extra protein & veggies
by Jill Kidd

My Mom was sick and her doctor had me make her shakes with egg whites for extra protein. Then me being a veggie my doctor, who also is a veggie, suggested I take the egg whites for protein and recommended this brand.

Egg-cellent Stuff
by Jeremy P

I tried this stuff for the first time durring the summer of 2005 was surprised with the taste. I was skeptical about trying an egg protien suppliment at first, but once I tried this this, changed my mind. The price is a little too much for the amount you get, but besides that, I like it. I gained approximately 15 pounds of lean mustle which put me very close to my desired weight of 250.

EGG WHITE
by MIKE MANNION

I work out everyday and try to get all the protein that I can. This product helps me get protein that I need without eating eggs and chicken. When I was not using this product I would feel tired after working out. Now I can easily get up everyday and do the workout I need to stay in shape. I would definitely buy this product again.

Great for athletes
by S

I work out regularly, and the protein that's missing from my diet is usually found in the soy products I eat. Still, adding egg white protein helped me recover from intense workouts much faster, and I was able to incorporate Egg White Protein into my morning smoothies and shakes without any bad aftertaste! This version doesn't have any artificial sweeteners or additives either, which is great for people who prefer a more natural approach to supplements!

wouldn't buy it again
by ABBY

I haven't tried adding the product to other foods, but tried mixing it in a shake to drink. I found that it was nearly impossible to mix up! I even bought one of those 'blender-bottles', with the whisk thing inside & it was still chunky, lumpy & gross. I would recommend everyone buying this product in the sample size first, to make sure you like it, before spending $50 on a big tub if it that you can't use because it makes you gag (like I did).

Assistant Fitness Manager The Rush Fitness Complex

Egg whites have been proven to be of great value for people looking to increase protein intake. Egg has been shown to have one of the highest bioavailability of all of the proteins and also is a complete protein, meaning that it has the full spectrum of amino acids. Egg whites are also considered a pure protein meaning there are no signifigant or any carbs. or fats. Another plus is that unless you have an egg allergy anyone can take them even if you are lactose intolerant. Whey and casein proteins are derived from milk, so lactose intolerant individuals have trouble consuming them. All in all a great product. No more having to separate and cook egg whites.
