This does not have the most bearable taste of egg protein products out there and is a little harsh, that is why I took 1.5 off because there are better tasting ones out there, but for mass and your daily carb/protein intake this works great. I just don't get it anymore because of the taste.

This supplement is the best for those who work out at the gym, and for those who want to get buff. It works as it is advertised to do. It helps you gain muscle mass while staying fit. I have taken this for about 3 months, and there have been no side effects or anything at all. I recommend this to everyone.

I have used this protein for about 5-6 months and I am not very satisfied with it. The price is almost the same as some other ones out there on the market, but from my experience I would not use it again.
