Thsi product really works because i friend of mine was using it the only thing is that i thought she would loose 5 pounds per day in 3 day but she lost 4 pounds in 3 days so that stills good :D

I purchased this for weight loss. When used with other products in the program, I lost 3 pounds in 3 days. At only 20 calories a tablespoon, it's a great low cal way to get extra protien. You can mix it into yogurt, oatmeal,stews,ect. The best part is I can even sneak it into my children's food for exra protien!

I used this quite often when I was a distibutor. I was skeptical but gave it a try anyway.I didn't think it would be palatable or satisfying. It was both. When used in conjunction with the other products specifically the aloe,it's effects are heightened. I felt full longer and noticed significant physical changes in about one week. My scale went down!
