We haven't had a chance to try this product, but our friends have. They have lost weight using this product, so my husband and I are going to try it, just bought the pack today. It sounds like it does work, and we have tried several other diet products and none seem to work like they say. Sure hope this works, and since it looks like several other people have tried it and liked it, it must be good.

I have to admit that I've craved food less and had fewer hunger pains this past week. At the end of the day, when I think about what I've eaten, it hasn't totaled but half of what I "normally" would eat.
And oh yeah - my energy and libido have for some reason been a bit higher than usual. So at least this doesn't suppress that!

My girlfriend and I have been trying many different weight loss products. There were fad items with phen phen and then ephedra. All this made us suspicious when new weight loss products came out. We found this item almost by accident at GNC, and on sale to boot! This did not give me the usual dizziness or headaches others have. There was some slight upset stomach, but it goes away with time. I'd recommend this product for sure! Plus, it has Vitamin C, B-Vitamins and Chromium; a great energy booster!

Works well, I went from 160 to 151 and have only been using this product for a week. I follow the given instructions. My only complaint is I feel nauseas from the pills sometimes. I do recommend use, though.

I came across this product in my GNC store. I decided to try it. When I got home, I cooked supper and I took one tablet. I didn't follow the dosage directions, I only took 2 tablets a day, one after breakfast and one after supper. They gave me so much energy and I wasn't hungry at all. After the first week, I lost 4 lbs. My skin was clearing up and after the second week, I had lost a total of 10 lbs. I totally recommend this product.
