This didn't give drastic super crazy weight loss, but it did work. I was on a diet and I did work out, and this gave me a little extra oompf. I can't say it suppressed my appetite, but it did give me energy, and i did lose some weight. This is a great product that works. It does take a day or two to adjust to the stimulant (caffeine) based formula, but once you do, it is very effective. It significantly suppresses hunger, increases energy level, and burns fat.
