Very Effective

I started taking this about 60 days ago and found that I have considerably more flexibilty. Price is reasonable for the effectiveness, but the only complaint I have is the 4 caplets a day. I would be much happier if they came out with just one a day. The caplet are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach..
